Jump Rope 5 Mins
Fitness Ball Crunches 50
Jump Rope 5 mins
Stationary Bike 5 mins
Fitness Ball Crunches 30
Ran on Treadmill 10 Minutes - Speed 4.5 Distance 1 Mile

Today was a cardio Day, I tried to focus on Heartrate.

Mood = Was low not too motivated.

Workout Completed 8AM
